Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />2007 thru 2011 <br />Project # <br />Project Name <br />04 -STR -020 <br />167th Avenue Extension <br />Description <br />This project proposes to extend 167th Avenue as a MSA collector street from Jaspar Street to Armstrong Blvd. This extension will be completed in <br />three phases. Phase 1 will include the extension from Jaspar Street where 167th Avenue currently terminates as a roadway conforming to state aid <br />standards for a collector street to Marble Street. This segment will provide access to the newly developing Brookfield Addition. Subsequent <br />phases will include the segment from Marble Street to Variolite Street and from Variolite Street to Armstrong Boulevard. <br />Justification <br />This roadway represents and east -west collector street through the center of the City.
