December 16, 2006 <br />Dear Sir or Madame at the City of Ramsey - <br />I would ask the city of Ramsey for a Quick Claim Deed to a small <br />unbuildable parcel of land located at the very end of my lot at 6304 <br />Highway 10 NW. I have been maintaining this parcel for the last <br />18 years. <br />You did this for Blue Line Collision, which is located next door to <br />my land, for a similar unbuildable parcel.
