On Monday, August 6, 2007, the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive, Mississippi River Room, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Acting Chairperson Jon Olds <br />Board Member Bob Bentz <br />Board Member Bob Sibilski <br />Board Member Wayne Harvey <br />Board Member Max (arrived at 6:39 p.m.) <br />Chairperson Joe McDilda and Board Member John Freeburg <br />Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />Liza Gould, Botanist/Plant Ecologist, Bonestroo <br />Amy Carolan, Botanist/Plant Ecologist, Bonestroo <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Chairperson Olds called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Board Member Harvey and seconded by Board Member Bentz to approve the <br />agenda. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Olds, Board Members Bentz, Harvey, <br />Max, and Sibilski. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson McDilda and Board Member <br />Freeburg. <br />APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD MINUTES <br />Acting Chairperson Olds requested a motion to eliminate the last sentence on the last <br />paragraph of Page 13. <br />Motion by Board Member Sibilski and seconded by Board Member Harvey to approve <br />the Regular Meeting Minutes dated July 23, 2007 with correction to eliminate the last <br />sentence in the last paragraph of Page 13. <br />Environmental Policy Board/August 6, 2007 <br />Page 1 of 10 <br />
