Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Look, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Olson, and Strommen Voting No: None. Absent <br />Case #7: Request for Final Plat Review of Regency Pond 4 Addition; Case of TSM <br />Development, Inc. <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated that the final plat proposes to replace Outlot <br />A and two unplatted residential parcels into four commercial lots. He stated that Lots 2, 3, and 4 <br />are zoned for business and Lot 1 is for employment. He stated that he expects the site plan to <br />come before the City Council on October 9, 2007. <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Look, to adopt Resolution <br />#07 -09 -262 granting final plat approval of Regency Pond 4 Addition, contingent upon: <br />1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated September 20, 2007 <br />2. Verification of adequate drainage and utility easements during the site plan review <br />3. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Look, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Jeffrey, and Olson. Voting No: None. <br />Case #8: Request for an Interim Use Permit to Allow for Two "Main" Buildings <br />(Principal Uses) on One Lot; Case of GGJ Properties <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated that GGJ Properties would like to utilize <br />both buildings on the property. He stated that this site is the former Sports Center and currently <br />used as Bennett Cooper Flooring. He stated that since Bennett Cooper Flooring has taken over, <br />they would like to convert the second building on site into another main building and subdivide it <br />for office /warehouse usage. He stated that this property is zoned B -2 and this is a permitted use, <br />and although warehouse use is not currently listed, it has been grandfathered in at this location. <br />He showed an aerial photo of the property, which showed the buildings as well as a dequate <br />parking for both buildings. <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt Resolution <br />#07 -09 -263 adopting Findings of Fact #0809 relating to a request for an Interim Use Permit to <br />maintain two "main" buildings (principle uses) on the property located at 6760 Highway #10. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Olson, Strommen, Dehen, Elvig <br />and Jeffrey. Voting No: None. <br />Councilmember Look was not present for the vote. <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution <br />#07 -09 -264 declaring terms of the request for an Interim Use Permit to maintain two "main" <br />buildings (principle uses) on the property located at 6760 Highway #10. <br />City Council / September 25, 2007 <br />Page 18 of 27 <br />
