Abstain: Councilmember Elvig. <br />4) "Meet & Greet" New City Administrator — AND — Council Photos <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson noted that a Meet and Greet will be held on Tuesday, <br />October 23, 2007 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for people to meet City Administrator Ulrich.
