The proposals were due on Friday, September 28, 2007 and the City received six proposals. Of <br />the seven firms solicited; KPMG and Eide Bailly declined to submit proposals. Whereas, Larson <br />Allen, Minneapolis, Minnesota, who was not solicited, presented a proposal. <br />Attached for your reference is the summary of the proposals received from the various auditing <br />firms. <br />Funding Source: <br />None required. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends entering into a three year contract for Professional Audit Services with the <br />firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co., P.A. for the not -to- exceed prices as <br />provided in the proposal. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to direct the City Administrator and Finance Officer to enter into a three year contract for <br />Professional Audit Services with the firm of Malloy, Montague, Kamowski, Radosevich & Co., <br />P.A.for the not -to- exceed prices as provided in the proposal. <br />Reviewed By: <br />City Administrator: <br />Finance Officer <br />Consent: 10/9/07 <br />
