<br />Mayor Gamec stated that he would also like the question to be put to the entire City and has the <br />fear that as the urban areas of the City grow, the rural areas are getting pushed aside. <br /> <br />Councilmember Olson stated that she does not think statistical sampling will cost the same as <br />contacting the entire City. She stated that she feels statistical sampling is just as valid as <br />surveying the whole community.
