Ralph Williams, owner of the property southwest of the Super Bowl (Lot 3, Block 4, Riverside <br />West), advised he is requesting at this time that the rezoning of his property to residential be <br />tabled pending the outcome of a purchase agreement with the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl is <br />interested in buying 60 feet of the property with an option to buy more. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik reported that Mr. Williams' rezoning request is on the City Council's April 22, 1997 <br />agenda (tomorrow night). <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to recommend that <br />City Council lay the issue of rezoning Lot 3, Block 4, Riverside West on the table pending <br />further action from the two property owners (Ralph Williams and Holm's Super Bowl, Inc.). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Thorud, Jensen, <br />LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, Jensen, <br />LaDue, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
