<br />Additional Parcels Identified for Acquisition: Settlements for Eugene Brown and Sparkle Pool <br />have been reached. The Brown Property will be demolished in October and combined with <br />14230 Basalt to be developed. Sparkle Poll will continue to operate at its present location and <br />has the ability to lease from the City until December 31, 2007. A settlement for KIH has not <br />been reached but it should be completed prior to the end of October. ' <br /> <br />Hwy 47/167th Commercial Node: A for sale sign has been located in front of Bob's Super Valu <br />as well as the residential parcel to the north. It appears as if Mr. Muller is now more actively <br />seeking a sale ofms property. ' <br /> <br />Strategic Entrepreneurial Economic Development (SEED): The State of Minnesota is looking at <br />launching a new economic development program. The' details of this proposed program are <br />attached to the staff update. <br /> <br />Anoka County Partners: Anoka County Partners will be closing its doors once all of its financial <br />obligations are satisfied. The 501 c (3) status will be kept and the board will remain in tact to <br />keep the entity in existence. The web site will be rolled out very shortly and Anoka Technical <br />College has agreed to maintain the site. Economic Development professionals will continue to <br />meet and keep the dialogue going. <br /> <br />Future Meeting Topics: <br />1.
