<br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: Ramsey Town Center Vision <br />By: Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />;; <br /> <br /> <br />It was announced in the Star Tribune on Friday that the RTC foreclosure auction has been <br />rescheduled for October 31 st (see attached article 10-11-07).
