<br />Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-08-206 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR A PART-TIME <br />POLICE RECORDS TECHNICIAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the 2007 General Fund Budget, the City Council created a new p~-time <br />Police Records Technician position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kristen Reider was hired as a part-time Police Records Technician on <br />February 14,2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Reider has successfully completed the required six-month probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its August 28, 2007 meeting agreed with <br />staffs recommendation to end the probationary period for Ms. Reider. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Kristen Reider, effective August 14,2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Look <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />
