5.20.04 Penalties. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance 407 -XX has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance. It is the intent and the effect of the Ordinance #07 -XX to amend Ramsey <br />City Code Chapter 5 (Municipal Regulations) by adding Section 5.20 (Mixed Martial <br />Arts) to ban the activity of such non - licensed events in the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 4.
