Case# '0 <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE AMENDING 5.08 (PUBLIC NUISANCES) OF <br />CHAPTER FIVE OF CITY CODE: <br />CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: Breanne Dalnes, Associate Planner <br />Background: <br />On October 9, 2007 the City Council introduced an ordinance to replace the language below that was <br />inadvertently removed from the public nuisance portion of City Code. This section specifically <br />addresses the prohibition of tracks and trails in certain areas of the City, and is essential to the police <br />enforcement of this regulation. <br />Tracks and trails for riding motor vehicles are not allowed in a residential area unless said track or <br />trail is; <br />.1. 1000 feet from any residence except that of the owner and <br />2.
