BURNS TOWNSHIP <br />ANOKA COUNTY . <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF BURNS TOWNSHIP'S INTENT TO INCORPORATE <br />Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 414.02, Subd. la, please be advised that the Burns <br />Township Board intends to file an incorporation petition with the State of <br />Minnesota, Office of Municipal Boundary Adjustments seeking the incorporation <br />of Burns Township to a city form of government. Bums Township expects to file <br />this petition sometime in late October, 2007.
