12. That the development is proposing to deviate from City Ordinances in the following manner: <br />reduced lot width and increased impervious surface. <br />13. That the proposed development, if revised as requested, will not be compatible with surrounding <br />land uses. <br />14. That the proposed development will exercise substantial detrimental influence on the market value <br />of surrounding properties. <br />15. That the proposed development will not preserve natural amenities such as wetlands, water features, <br />woodlands, and steep slopes: <br />16. That the proposed development will not protect and preserve scenic qualities to the greatest extent <br />possible. <br />17.
