C -13 <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 07- 10 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT NO. 91083, A JOINT POWERS <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND <br />ANOKA COUNTY FOR TH 10 PRELIMINARY DESIGN IN ANOKA COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, City of Anoka, MnDOT, Anoka County acknowledge the need <br />for designing improvements of the interchanges at Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Ramsey <br />Boulevard and Trunk Highway 10. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City of Ramsey City Council enter into a Joint Powers Agreement with the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation and Anoka County for this purpose; and, <br />2) That the Mayor and the City Administrator are authorized to execute such agreement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23` day of October 2007. <br />Mayor <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #07- 10 -XXX <br />Pagel of 1 <br />:• <br />
