Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 07-09-265 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVER CROSSING ADDITION WHEREAS, Anoka County., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: . That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the northeasterly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 10 and Beginning at a point on the east line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, distant 30 feet south of the intersection of said line with the southerly boundary of the right of way of U.S. Highway No. 10; thence northwesterly and parallel with said U.S. Highway No. 10 and 30 feet southwesterly thereof, a distance of 200 feet; thence southerly and parallel with the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 400 feet; thence southeasterly and parallel with said U.S. Highway No. lOa distance of 200 feet to the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence north along the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter 400 feet to the point of beginning (the 'Subject Property'); WHEREAS, on August 2, 2007 the City received a preliminary application for River Crossing Addition; and WHEREAS, on September 5, 2007, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan for River Crossing Addition; and WHEREAS, on September 16, 2007, the Developer submitted the final plat documents for River Crossing Addition. . NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of River Crossing Addition
