He thanked the <br />Ramse¥ Lion~ ! ' ' <br /> fo~ providing the event. <br /> <br />Erik Zaetch, 6521[ 154th Avenue NW, Ramsey, stated that earlier in evening at a work session, <br />the Council ta~ked about a planting proposal. He suggested that staff look at the Seattle area Peat <br />Patch Progran~. that has been very successful. He stated that the City might have a problem with <br />the settlemenl3 contract for #116 because it is a voluntary contract and suggested that the City <br />Attorney review t~e information he provided.
