The developer has submitted a revised preliminary plat reducing the <br />number of ~ow~ home units on the property from six to four. The Planning Commission <br />recommend4d approval of the request for a rezoning to R-2 Medium Density Residential with a <br />four-unit reslric~on. <br /> <br />Councilme~berlKurak~ ~ noted that the parcel is 1.5 acres and is currently zoned for three units per <br />acre and the ~ev~loper is proposing four units. <br />Councilme~beriCook stated that the City Council received a letter from Debbie Kuechle in <br />opposition tO th~_ rezoning, but in all fairness to the developer they renegotiated a contract with <br />the daughter of ~e landowner and she did not put in the contract that it should be single-family <br />dwellings, th~ daughter wanted to see that for her family it should have been placed in the <br />purchase ag~ sment and it was not. <br /> <br />Motion by £1our~cilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to adopt Resolution <br />#03-06-159 ~do~ting Findings of Fact #0649 relating to a request to rezone the proposed plat of <br />Alpine Acre~ 2i Addition from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Medium Density <br />Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
