Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill, IDe.
7550 Hwy 10 NW
Ramsey, Minnesota 55303
(763) 576-1696

To City Of Ramsey:

Please review the attached information as it relates to our (Diamonds Sports Bar)
request for a change in our Conditional Land Use Permit. Based on the meeting on
Tuesday, October 4th, 2007 with the Ramsey Planning Commission and the request for
more information on the proposed events and event schedule, we have compiled more
detailed information as it relates to our proposed requests.

We would Jike to make it clear that we have spent considerable time researching and
meeting with professional promoters about the events that we would like to host at
Diamonds. The promoters have a long history of putting on successful and safe events
all over the Midwest, including the Anoka County Fair, Elko Speedway, Scott County
Fair, Dakota County Fair, The Steele County Fair, Goodhue County Fair and many more.
I've attached some information for your review about the Motocross and Demo Derby
Promoters.

We don't .take this change lightly and will make every effort to make this a smooth
transition and a community and family friendly environment. We hope you take this
request very seriously as it is an effort to save our business and continue to provide
quality service and an enjoyable atmosphere to our loyal local patrons, as well as
continue to employee our local residents.

Thank you for your time and consideration. WelQok forward to working out more
details in our upc ing workshop sessions. . .

Sincerely
/
Gary Gruber
Owner
Diamonds Sports Bar
