<br />Councihnember Jeffrey stated that he feels the City Council needs to think about whether it <br />should push for a comprehensive plan amendment on this property. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the City Council would need to adopt Findings of Fact if they <br />decide to deny this ~equest. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #07- <br />10-270 adopting Findings of Fact #0810, as amended, to quest for a Comprehensive <br />Plan Ainendment to Metropolitan Council for the Case of d Tim Holm. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Gamec, <br />Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Request to Rezone Property fro <br />(PUD); Case of Dan Murphy and <br /> <br />elopment <br /> <br />to adopt Resolution #07- <br />to rezone the subject. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayo <br />Jeffrey, and Strommen.
