Haubrich, 2007 WL 2595747 (Conn. Super. Ct.2007) <br /> <br />CONNECTICUT (08/29/07)-Nonkin owned property located in the <br />town of Salisbury. Her neighbor, Haubrich, owned the adjoining prop- <br />erty. Allegedly, Haubrich began erecting a single-family home on his <br />property in violation of sections of the zoning regulations regarding lot <br />area, frontage, y?-rd size, minimum square footage, distance between <br />buildings, building coverage, building height, and other lot dimension- <br />al requirements in the applicable zone. ' <br />The house that had been on Haubrich's property prior to the con- <br />struction existed as a nonconforming use.
