<br />hours a week by visiting with, running

<br />County: A non-profit organization for all
<br />residents in Anoka County, offers a way
<br />to work through disputes using positive
<br />and respectful skills. Mediation is free

<br />port Group: Meets the 4th Tuesday

<br />Nutrition Program: Newly
<br />expanded guidelines will allow pregnant/
<br />nursing women, infants and children up
<br />to age five to participate in the Anoka
<br />County Special Supplemental Nutrition
<br />Program for WOlnen, Infants and Chil-
<br />dren (WIC). Call the Anoka County WIC

<br />Senior Caregiver Network of
<br />Anoka County: We provide support
<br />services to caregivers of seniors 55+.
<br />If you are caring for an older family
<br />member and feel overwhehned by all
<br />you have to do, we can help. We offer
<br />group respite care (The Gathering at Zion
<br />Church, Anoka), support groups, educa-
<br />tion, counseling, and resources. Call Jill

<br />Senior Companion Program:
<br />Senior (60+) volunteers make weekly
<br />visits to homebound/isolated seniors in
<br />their homes. Volunteers receive mileage
<br />reimbursement and if income eligible,
<br />they may also receive a stipend. If
<br />interested in having a Senior Companion
<br />or becoming a Senior Companion, call
<br />763-783-4717.
<br />Senior Information Line:
<br />Provides information to seniors and their
<br />families regarding available comlnunity
<br />services. If you have any questions please

<br />tion Line is always looking for volunteers
<br />to answer the phone and research re-
