<br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that he is unsure, and noted that the leased monies received may <br />not belong to the City. He stated that if the City Council approves this, he would suggest that the <br />term of the lease, noted in paragraph 2, be revised to 3 years and the City can terminate at any <br />time with 60 days written notice and pay the prorated share of leasehold improvements. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look stated that he could support it as presented with the change in lease terms <br />to 3 years if, at that time, the City could start charging more rent to recoup the $1,000 <br />investment. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to approve the lease with <br />Ramsey JR Partners, LLC, for the property located at 6131 Highway 10, with changes in the <br />term of lease to 3 years, and that the City can terminate the lease at any time with 60 days written <br />notice with prorated share of leasehold improvements. <br /> <br />. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Look, Olson, Dehen, and Elvig. <br />Voting No: None. She stated that Blue Cross Blue Shield has offered $35,000 with the requirement that the <br />City must conduct a Health Impact Assessment and explore the introduction of land use, park <br />and trail and transportation policies that would encourage the increase in physical activity. <br /> <br />City Council /October 23, 2007 <br />Page 19 of 21 <br />
