Mr. Rothburn stated that he feels it can be done at eye level by shooting the elevation.
Chair Elvig suggested that Mr. Rothburn continue to work with City staff and there will be
further discussion at the October 16, 2007 Public-Works meeting.
Ron Whaley, 5650 149th Lane, stated that he would like to know what the plans are for finishing
. the walking trail near his home. He stated that there is currently about 3 feet of dirt piled up
along the trail. He stated that .kids are hanging around and he is afraid they will get hurt. He
asked if there was a possibility of constructing a fence along the trailway.
Public Works Supervisor Reimer stated that restoration' work begins tomorrow, but he stated that
there is no plan to install a fence.
Mr. Whaley stated that he feels something is needed to make sure the kids only cross the street
by the school.
