The Trott Brook. <br />portion of the trail is 5.147: lineal feet long and the Nowthen Blvd segment is <br />1097 lineal .feet. Based on the. $14.09 per lineal. foot referenced in the <br />Brookfield Development Contract we would be entitled ~to a payment of <br />$87,979.96. <br />z have enclosed two exhibits from Passe Engineering, which show that our <br />actual cost for the trail along Trott Brook is $146,884.60 ($28.54 per lineal <br />aot) and our cost for the Nowthen Blvd segment is $21,708.41 ($19.79 per <br />lineal foot) for a trail total of $1:68,593.01. As you can see, our costs were <br />almost twice as much, as the amount of reimbursement the development <br />contract calls for. <br />I think, use agree. thatahe iltentof tlle:.reimbursement ,was. to pay for. the extra <br />:rail ~~~e are installing as a part of this project and that the funds for this <br />reimbursement would come from Park and Trial fees, which we are required <br />=c~ r ay for the Brookfield neighborhood. The total Trail and Park fees, which <br />~~~e ~a~~ill pay for Brookfield, will be $730,010.00. I would suggest that if the <br />
