Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved. for its. <br />adoption:.. <br />RESOLUTION 07-11- <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH BUSINESS PARK <br />4th ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the E-1 .Employment District 'for <br />development purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 4; Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park 2nd Addition <br />-or upon recording- <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Su~sh Lake Business Park 4th Addition, <br />..AND. WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on <br />November 1, 2007; and recommended approval of the lot split; <br />WHEREAS, park dedication, trail development, or other development fee requirements. <br />will be satisfied as part of the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the City of Ramsey <br />and the individual developers of each lot. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />'That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants fmal plat approval to Sunfish Business .Park 4th <br />Addition contingent on compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated October 25, 2007, <br />revised November 9, 2007, and in accordance with relevant City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the. following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: . <br />-235- <br />
