Loading Docks: City Code requires one loading dock for the first 10,000 square feet of floor space and one loading dock for every additional 25,000 square feet of floor space. The proposed building will require at least two docks, and three are. outlined in the site plan. Park Dedication: The park dedication fee .will be addressed through the Tax Increment Financing Agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey. Stormwater Management Fee: The StormWater Management Fee will be paid through the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey. .
