Loading Docks: City Code requires one loading dock for the first 10,000 square feet of floor <br />space and one loading dock for every additional 25,000 square feet of floor space. The <br />proposed building will require at least two docks, and three are. outlined in the site plan. <br />Park Dedication: The park dedication fee .will be addressed through the Tax Increment <br />Financing Agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey. <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The StormWater Management Fee will be paid through the <br />Tax Increment Financing agreement between the property owner and the City of Ramsey. . <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: Sewer and. water trunk charges will be paid. through the <br />Tax Increment Financing agreement between the properly owner and the City of Ramsey. <br />REU Number: This property will be subject to a storm water utility charge.: The quarterly <br />chaxge is dependent upon the number of residential equivalent units (R.EI~. The .total <br />proposed impervious surface coverage is 43%, resulting in a REU of 14.82 and a quarterly <br />charge .of $461.65. If the future addition is completed to the same dimensions as outlined. in <br />the current site plan, the impervious surface will increase to 62% of the total site, resulting in <br />a REL7 of 18.65 and a quarterly charge of $581.20. The storm water utility fee wih be <br />assessed accordingly. <br />The.
