City Engineer Jankowski stated the purpose of the trail is for scenic overlook. Sunfish Lake is a
unique resource.

Ms. Kurak viewed it as something where kids would congregate; where wash could accumulate.
"Is it just because we can and that's why?" She explained that this area is all weeds; there's
nothing to enjoy looking at. She summarized that this trail is going to be a problem. "It's nothing
to be used by the City, only by vagrants and kids."

Commissioner Deemer agreed with Ms. Kurak that this is ridiculous. He pointed out that there
will be a trail on Sunwood Drive which will provide a much better view.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to adjourn the public
hearing.

Motion carried.
