that the Park and Recreation Commission have also asked that their quarterly joint meeting with <br />Council be scheduled. <br /> <br />Council directed that a meeting be scheduled with the Group at the same time as the joint meeting <br />with the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />3) Spotlight on the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson called attention to an article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune spotlighting <br />homes in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />4) Name Change for Mate Punch & Die <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called attention to the fact that a Ramsey business, Mate Punch & Die has changed <br />its name to Mate Precision Tooling. <br /> <br />5) Lawsuits <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that there does not have to be a closed meeting to discuss the lawsuit <br />- Holmberg versus the City of Ramsey. He stated that he received a notice that Holmberg has <br />appealed to the State and that appeal is schedule to be heard at 10:30 on March 5. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Council took a break at 9:13 p.m. to reconvene at 9:25 to hold the closed portion of the meeting. <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Peterson and <br />Zimmerman.
