Voting NO: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case gl: Application of Off-Sale Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License by <br /> SuperAmerica Group, Inc. <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos stated that application has been made for an off-sale non-intoxicating malt <br />liquor license by SuperAmerica Group, Inc. to be located at 14000 St. Francis Boulevard NW. <br />Upon investigation, he found no cause for denial. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:20 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearine <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
