CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 14, 1996, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Administrative Services Manager Linda Waite Smith <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Police Chief Mike Auspos <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos announced a correction to an article published in the Minneapolis Tribune. A <br />tobacco compliance check was conducted and the article stated that the City of Ramsey was 100% <br />non-compliant; however, the City of Ramsey was 100% in compliance. The Tribune has <br />published a correction and the woman who compiled the information is sending us a letter. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman.
