Case #15: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution Declaring Cost to be Assessed and Ordering <br />Preparation of Proposed Assessment for Improvement Project #95-15 <br />(Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer, and Street Improvements <br />to Fox Knoll) <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Resolution <br />g96-09-260 declaring cost to be assessed and ordering preparation of proposed assessment for <br />Improvement Project g95-15 (Sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and street improvements to <br />Fox Knoll) <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson and Beahen. Voting No: <br />Councilmember Zimmerman. Absent: Councilmember Beyer. <br /> <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) Vision. Ease <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder announced that the City closed with Vision-Ease this afternoon. <br /> <br />2) Barkela Manufacturing <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder stated due to the Vision-Ease closing, he was unable to attend the Barkela <br />Manufacturing groundbreaking. <br /> <br />3) Anoka Electric Cooperative <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder reported that the Anoka Electric Cooperative has closed and has a groundbreaking <br />scheduled for September 17, 1996, at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />4) Bison Street Neighborhood Meeting <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder reminded Council that the Bison Street Neighborhood meeting is scheduled for 6:30 <br />p.m., Wednesday, November 11, 1996. <br /> <br />5) Workshop with Park and Recreation Commission <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder stated that the traveling tour with the Park and Recreation Commission is scheduled <br />for Thursday, September 12, 1996, at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />6) Ramsey Elementary School Dedication <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder announced the dedication of the Ramsey Elementary School would take place this <br />Saturday beginning at 8:00 a.m. with a pancake breakfast. The ribbon cutting ceremony is <br />scheduled for 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />7) Anoka Electric Cooperative <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder stated that a walk-through is scheduled with Anoka Electric Cooperative at 5:00 <br />p.m. on September 16, 1996. <br /> <br />8) Automated EDM <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder stated that a walk-through of Automated EDM is scheduled for September 19, <br />1996, at 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br />City Council/September 9, 1996 <br /> Page 13 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
