Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: Public Hearing and Levy of Assessments for the 1996 Street <br /> Maintenance Program Improvement Project #96-01 (Sealcoating and <br /> Crack filling of Windsorwood Addition) <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski gave a brief overview of the 1996 Street Maintenance Program.
