MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) Group Home <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson asked the status of the conditional use permit for the group home. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that the documents have not been signed and returned to the <br />City. <br /> <br />Consensus to review this matter at the December 10, 1996 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />2) D.A.ILE. Closing/Open House <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer announced that the DARE house had a closing today with an Open House and <br />ribbon cutting ceremony. A family from California will be moving into it. <br /> <br />3) City of Ramsey Versus Arnold Holmberg Update <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich advised the Council that in the matter of Arnold Holmberg, an appeal has <br />been sent to the U.S. Supreme Court after the Minnesota Supreme Court decision. He will keep the <br />Council informed, and in the meantime continue to monitor and enforce the injunction received by <br />the City. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Peterson. Voting No: <br />None.
