Due to other commitments ! will not be able to attend <br />the public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, 1996. <br /> <br />I would like to express my support for the variance requested by Bill Schrader. Bill and <br />his falnily are wonderful neighbors and take excellent care of their property. I believe <br />that the addition of a 30'x36' garage, at the location indicated on the map enclosed with <br />the Public Itearing Notice dated March 18, 1996, will be constructed to match the <br />existing home and will be maintained in the same manner as the rest of the property. <br /> <br />The addition of the garage will add value to the Schrader property and in my opinion will <br />not adversely effect the value of the property adjacent to the Bill Schrader residence. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Keith J.
