Mr. Farmes stated that because the developer did not know about the restriction does not make this <br />the City's problem. Mr. Farmes added that there are other feasible projects for this property. <br /> <br />Mr. Freeburg stated that he agrees with Mr. Farmes and asked for clarification of the markings along <br />Riverdale Drive. Mr. Jankowski stated that they were markings for berms and trees and they would <br />be discussed at the Planning Commission meeting following this meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Farmes suggested that the DNR should review this restriction so that a situation such as this does <br />not have to occur in the future. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Bawden and seconded by Board Member Terry to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
