PUBLIC HEARING <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 1996, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input <br />regarding a request for Variance to Construct an Accessory Structure Nearer the Front Property Line <br />than the Principal Structure; Case of David Clampitt. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member David Bawden <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer called the public hearing to order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik explained that the existing house is approximately 483 feet from the <br />front property line, and Mr. Clampitt is requesting a variance to construct an accessory structure 458 <br />feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Jensen and seconded by Board Member Thorud to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing/Board of Adjustment/September $, 1996 <br /> Page I of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
