Absent: Board Members Holland and LaDue. <br /> <br />Board Member LaDue arrived at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer adjourned the regular Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:02 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Construct an Accessory Structure Nearer the Front <br />Property Line than the Principal Structure; Case of James and Michele Myslicki <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Construct an Accessory Structure Nearer the Front <br />Property Line than the Principal Structure; Case of James and Michele Myslicki <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment proceeded to review the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Board Member Bawden requested clarification on the submitted sketch about two parallel lines <br />located to the right of the proposed garage. Mrs. Myslicki responded it was one of three driveways. <br />It is the desire to eliminate the gravel driveway leading to the tuck-under garage on the south side of <br />the house and leave the horseshoe shaped driveway in the front yard. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Bawden and seconded by Board Member Terry to amend the Findings of <br />Fact (#1 through #14) in the affirmative. <br /> <br />Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Bawden, Terry, Jensen, LaDue, <br />and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Holland. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Bawden and seconded by Board Member Thorud to adopt Resolution <br />#96-10-316 adopting Findings of Fact #0413 relating to James and Michele Myslicki's request for <br />a variance. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
