BUDGET COMMITTEE CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsey Budget Committee conducted a regular meeting on Wednesday, August 9, 1995, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Mayor Glen Hardin Councilmember Carolyn Beahen Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman Members Absent: Councilmember Sheila Beyer Councilmember Kenneth Peterson Also Present: City Administrator Ryan Schroeder Finance Officer Jessie Hart City Engineer Steve Jankowski Fire Chief Dean Kapler Assistant Fire Chief Tom Hoxter Police Chief Mike Auspos Police Sergeant Dave Gustafson Public Works Supervisor Merle Mevissen Senior Accountant Diana Lund CALL TO ORDER Mayor Hardin called the regular meeting of the Budget Committee to order at 6:05 p.m. CITIZEN INPUT None APPROVE AGENDA Consensus was to approve the agenda with the following changes: General Government Cost Centers #1118 Planning Commission, #1122 Horse Care Commission and #1191 Planning and Zoning Department be moved to the August 16, 1995 agenda. CONSENT AGENDA None COMMITTEE BUSINESS 1) Overview of 1996 Requested General Fund Budget Finance Officer Hart explained the exhibits which are the agendas for the two work sessions, personnel complements - actual and requested for 1996, the detail of the 1996 personnel requests - by department, capital outlay - requests included in the draft budget document, capital outlay - requests not included in the draft budget document, and the 1996 requested general fund budget - expenditures by department.
