I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, June 1, <br />1993 at the .ltamsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to <br />hear input regarding the vacation of certain road right-of-way and drainage easements in Sunny <br /> <br />Ponds Additibn. <br /> <br />Members Prer, ent: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles l.,aDue <br /> <br />Members Ab~nt: <br /> <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Fmlik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:50 p.m. <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Fmlik stated that the developers of Sunny Ponds and Ramsey Commons <br /> <br />2nd Addition <br />and 3 of Bio <br />portion of 14 <br />Commons 2x <br />during the.p <br />easements ae <br /> <br />are requesting that the City vacate certain drainage and utility easements on Lots 1, 2, <br />:k 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 of Sunny Ponds Addition, and also a vacation of a small <br />8th Lane N.W. to provide for the correct alignment of 148th Lane N.W. in Ramsey <br />td Addition. She explained that the drainage and utility easements were acquired <br />latfing of Sunny Ponds Addition, and that these easements will be replaced by <br />ticated in the final plat of Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carri.eat. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, Hendriksen, <br />and Holland. l Voting No: None.
