Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Consulting Attorney Tom Bray, Briggs and Morgan <br />Jim Lasher, LSA Designs <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Discussion of Ramsey Town Center <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that this is a Special Meeting of the City Council to discuss an <br />attorney client matter regarding strategies concerning a lawsuit with Minnwest Bank and <br />suggested that the Council move into a closed session. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to move to a closed <br />session. <br /> <br />City Council Special Session / Monday, October 22,2007 <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
