Councilmember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08-05-082 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPRO V AL OF KINGS RANCH ESTATES WHEREAS, Nathan Wattenhofer, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25 Anoka County, Minnesota lying southwesterly of southwesterly right of way line of Anoka County Highway right of way Plat No. 33 and lying southerly of the southerly line of north half of said Quarter Quarter, except road; subject ot easement of record. Or upon recording: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Kings Ranch Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and J WHEREAS, on March 5, 2008 the Ci I received an application and sketch plan from Developer for Kings Ranch Estates, a minor SUbjiViSiOn; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission or April 3, 2008 granted sketch plan approval for the minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, on March 5, 2008, the Developer submitted a request for final plat approval of Kings Ranch Estates; and I WHEREAS, on April 10, 2008, the par~ Commission reviewed the proposed plat and recommended a cash payment to. satisfy park dedication requirements and a trail easement in lieu of the trail development fee. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B'r THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grant~ final plat approval to Kings Ranch Estates in accordance with relevant City. Codes and contingent upon Developer entering into a development agreement with the City and ~ompliance with City Staff review letter dated May 9, 2008. I
