Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08-08-144 A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TC TRAIL WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey engaged the services of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. to replat the following legally described property: Lot 4A, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota -and- Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be processed as a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, th e Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 ofthe City Code on August 7, 2008; and WHEREAS, the park dedication requirements have been satisfied with the previous plats of Sunfish Lake Business Park and Sunfish Lake Business Park Second Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on August 12, 2008 and development fees will be addressed in the Tax Increment contract; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of TC Trail in accordance with relevant City Codes. 2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the City's Mayor and City Clerk to execute the necessary documents to effectuate the Plat. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Strommen Councilmember Dehen Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Look Councilmember Olson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
