<br />CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey., Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Mac LeFevre, Kennedy and Graven, League of Minnesota Cities Attorney <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the Special City Council Meeting to order at 6:27 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />1) SA Partnership I vs. the City of Ramsey, District Court File No. CI-06-2093 <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the City Attorney has recommended moving into a closed session. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to move the Special City <br />Council into a closed session <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmembers Jeffrey, Look, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Olson and Strommen.
