<br />Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-11-216 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009 PARKING RAMP MAINTENANCE BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, included in the Master Development Agreement between Ramsey Town <br />Center, LLC and the City of Ramsey was terminology regarding the upkeep and maintenance of <br />the parking; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Parking Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement was <br />formulated to incorporate these requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually adopt a parking ramp <br />. maintenance budget by November 30 for the following year's estimated expenditures; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2008 Parking Ramp' Maintenance Budget is estimated to have total <br />expenditures of$120,150. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby adopts the 2009 Parking Ramp Maintenance Budget in the <br />amount of$120,150. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Dehen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br />
