ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission held its regular meeting on Wednesday, March <br />13, 1991 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairman Kenneth Wagner <br />Commissioner Darryl Fults <br />Commissioner Donald Greenberg <br />Commissioner Robert Muller <br />Commissioner Carolyn Nelson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Steven Gorecki <br />Commissioner Bernard Vevea <br />Commissioner Monte Zillinger <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wagner called the regular meeting of the Economic Development Commission to order at <br />7:39 a.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Greenberg stated he would like to add a case to discuss the happenings at the <br />Transportation Subcommittee meeting. <br /> <br />Consensus was that Commissioner Greenberg should include that discussion as part of Case #2. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Muller to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Wagner, Commissioners Fults, Muller, Greenberg and <br />Nelson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Gorecki, Vevea and Zillinger. <br /> <br />APPROVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Nelson noted that the minutes did not reflect which Commissioner was speaking in <br />the third to the last paragraph of Case #1. <br /> <br />Mr. Gromberg added that the next paragraph should read ".... as a channel for funding as a <br />possible tool". <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Greenberg and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve the <br />minutes, as amended. <br /> <br />Economic Development Commission/March 13, 1991 <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
