<br />CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 28, <br />2009, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen (arrived at 5:34 p.m.) <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich . <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Jodi Ruehle, The Tinklenberg Group <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the Special City Council meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved, as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Consider Purchase Agreement Terms re Purchase of Property Located at <br />7665 NW Highway #10; Property Owner: Clint Wilson <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich recommended this discussion move into a closed session. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Mayor Ramsey to move into a closed session. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Jeffrey, Elvig, Look, <br />McGlone and Wise. Voting No: None.
