<br />FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Planning Manager Amber Miller <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Look called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:12 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Look, Councilmembers Elvig and Wise. Voting No: <br />None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Award Contract for Architectural and Construction Management Services <br />for Build Out of Lease Space in Municipal Center <br /> <br />Management Intern Hendricks reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />Chairperson Look asked at what point was profit being anticipated. He stated if the City did not <br />make money on this proposition, he was not interested in it. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Miller responded it was her understanding that the City did not make money <br />on it the first year, but it was anticipated profit would be made the second year.
