Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #09-07-158 <br />A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE VACATION <br />ACCRUAL SCHEDULE FOR DEPARTMENT HEADS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council recently promoted the Assistant City Administrator <br />to Deputy City Administrator/Director of Community Development; and <br />WHEREAS, in lieu of an increase in compensation an increase in vacation <br />accruals was requested; and <br />WHEREAS, at the June 23, 2009 City Council meeting the City Council <br />expressed a desire to amend the vacation schedule for department heads to allow an <br />increase of two days for the Deputy City Administrator; and <br />WHEREAS, the amendment to the vacation will also result in an increase of one <br />additional day for the Public Works Director. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopts the following vacation <br />schedule for department heads effective June 23, 2009: <br /> <br />.. <br />,::.. , <br />/~'~ <br />... ."i, =S~ y.z'. <br /> <br />• <br />~~ ~. <br />' <br />- ~ <br />~:.. <br />. <br />~, <br />~. ~~ <br />e -. <br />'.,~A~'yJ~•y~~:+~`+r•'~-~~ .
